<aside> 💡 The consortium is currently in its pilot phase. The pilot phase of the Consortium officially started on November 7, 2022, and will end by December 2023. The Secretariat has designed a workplan of activities for this period. This includes quarterly calls with members, the production of background notes; information synthesis; stories of change; one-to-one discussions to develop the vision, mission, and long-term model and strategy for the Consortium; and minor communications outreach. Quarterly calls will take place (1st week of March, June, September, and December) to primarily share good practices on how to implement the five recommendations.
